We're Hiring - Project Management Graduate Programme
Granite, Ireland’s leading digital agency is seeking smart, enthusiastic, hardworking graduates to participate in our graduate programme.
We have opportunities in our digital project management team that we would love for you to come join as you embark on your career journey.
Job Description
- You will be working alongside our dedicated project managers to support the delivery of multiple digital projects (websites, e-commerce, digital products) of varying sizes and complexities
- You will work with cross functional teams including Solutions Architects, User Experience & User Interface Designers, Software Developers, Testers and Digital Marketeers to deliver successful projects on time and within budget
- You will participate in requirements gathering workshops and research, working with some of Ireland’s leading brands and businesses
- You will work alongside our experienced project managers to coordinate project schedules, track progress and report their results
- You will provide project status updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project plan, adjustments and progress
- You will track project costs in order to meet budget
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent written and oral skills essential
- Ability to research and work with subject matter experts
- Participate in workshops, gather and analyse requirements and decompose high-level information into details
- Ability to solve problems analytically
- Ability to follow project management and agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge of digital platforms, content management and e-commerce solution is an advantage
